Seek out a new perspective once in a while
By Reese Koffler Stanfield, USDF gold medalist, FEI-certified instructor, owner of Maplecrest Farm
It’s always fun to ride with a different instructor once in a while. It could be a trainer that comes to your farm periodically, or a trainer who is offering a clinic in your area. A new perspective can shed light on both your strengths and weaknesses. Sometime a new exercise or different way of explaining the solution to a challenge can cause a real “aha” moment!
