Shipping policy

Where can I have my equine supplements shipped?

We currently ship anywhere within the United States. You can have your package shipped to your home or barn; sorry we don’t ship to PO Boxes.

How will my supplement be shipped?

Standard shipment is sent via UPS ground, pending credit card authorization.

Do you offer overnight and second-day delivery?

Yes. KPP offers UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air on all products. Orders placed by 1 p.m. EST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day; any order placed after 1 p.m. EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the following business day.  We are not responsible for any carrier delays.

When will my order be filled?

If you order is received by 1 p.m. EST it will typically be filled the same business day. Any orders placed after 1 p.m. EST or on Friday will go out the next business day.

How long will my package take to reach me?

During checkout you will be able to choose your shipping method. The arrival date is shown under each option. These dates apply to all orders placed by 1 p.m. EST. If your order is placed after 1 p.m. add an additional day to your estimate.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number, scheduled delivery date, and links to track your package.

Return policy

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with one of our equine supplements, Kentucky Performance Products, LLC will gladly replace the product or refund your money.

Simply call us at 859-873-2974. We will have you send back the unused portion of the product with the proof of purchase (a store receipt, for instance) and a brief note explaining why you are dissatisfied.

We like feedback, positive or negative, because it helps us make our horse supplements and services better for you and your horse.

Yes, you will receive an e-mail with all of your order details.

How long will it take me to get my order?

Orders are typically filled the next business day following receipt. Any orders placed after 1 p.m. EST on Friday will go out on Monday.

I forgot to enter the promo code. Do I still get the discount?

My product shipped to the house address instead of the barn. Why?

When entering your order, you have the option of specifying different “bill to” and “ship to” addresses. If your package shipped to a different location than you expected, it may be because you did not specify a different “ship to” address. Please review your order.

Why can’t I get Metaboleeze and Elevate W.S. online?

Metaboleeze and Elevate W.S. are available only through veterinarians. Please contact yours directly.

Can you send me a “free” sample to try?
